LCN management is dedicated in providing exceptional service to property owners, while ensuring that the needs of residential rental tenants are always being met. For owners that means the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their properties are being well maintained and cared for while being rented. For tenants, it is in knowing that we will always respond promptly to all their needs.

Founded in 1978 (previously called HLS Management Services), LCN management has established a strong presence in the Montreal market by providing professional services to both property owners and rental tenants.

Our core strength is that we specialize in managing multi-residential buildings in various areas in Montreal, such as the downtown vicinity, Outremont, Westmount, St. Laurent, St. Leonard, St. Lambert, and Notre Dame de Grace. Properties we manage are about 200 - 400 units each, totalling to approximately +2,500 units and having an annual gross collected rental of more than $ 15,000,000

Our services include; but are not limited to, rentals, rental collections, marketing, accounting and book-keeping, major building renovations, repair and maintenance, and ensuring that buildings are in top notch condition at all times.

We understand that customer satisfaction is the corner stone to our management success. Therefore, we continuously strive to improve income and control expenses to increase value of the properties, while ensuring that our tenants are always satisfied. Our proactive approach encompasses a major renovation program which leads to increasing the revenue and value of the property; thus, doubling the value of the property, within a period of no longer than three years, in some cases.

LCN management’s competence is derived from a “melange” of professional experience, a qualified and well trained team; in addition, to a deep understanding and analysis of the market, landlords and tenants. This ensures that satisfaction is always attained in the most cost efficient manner.
